Office: 03 473 7171 Ewan has been involved in rental property management since age 18, initially while working for the Public Trust Office, then as an owner of his own rental properties, and latterly as an owner of Propercare Ltd. Ewan is a very experienced and highly qualified business manager as well, having managed business ranging from financial service units, to a 24-hour medical centre, to a University Department. Ewan’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, a Diploma for Graduates in Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce. Ewan is also an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Management. Ewan brings over 30 years of property and business management experience to the business, and ensures that not only are your properties managed to a high standard, but the business processes employed by Propercare Ltd and Platinum Properties are maintained at the highest level of efficiency, effectiveness and ethicality. |
